Ed has a monthly column, "Decisions and Revisions," that appears in the Washington Independent Review of Books. He is thethe Managing Editor of The Thrill Begins on behalf of the International Thriller Writers; he also serves on the national board of that organization. In addition to ITW, he is a member of the Mystery Writers of America and Sisters in Crime. He also runs the Noir at the Bar series for Washington, D.C. Ed was born in Panama, holds a Masters in Literature, and now lives and writes in the D.C./Maryland/Virginia triangle.
